Mary Searcy

 Helpdesk Manager 

Mary Searcy is an experienced telecommunications engineer and server administrator.  She comes to Rapid Telecom Solutions with over 20 years of experience.   

She continues to support the Alcatel-Lucent platform to include the following: OXO, OXE, OV8770, OTBE, OTMS, CCS and GCE. She is certified in the following: OXO, OXE, AVAYA. In addition, she also has experience installing and configuring HP, IBM Servers and Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise Data switches.

Mary Searcy is also a U.S. Army Veteran and has a passion for people.  Serving her country has allowed her to present exceptional customer service skills.

She provides customers with the support and understanding they need in resolving their technical issues. Many customers ask for Mary by name simply because they trust her to work on their systems.  This is a profound quality.
